* Age Division determined by age on July 4, 2015. Doubles and Team Relay age divisions determined by age of oldest team member. Individuals may compete in all 3 individual events, 1 Open double and 1 relay team.

No entry fees required. Medals awarded for individual top four scores in each age division.
